Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States. Expansion to more regions is on our radar!

Is shipping free?

Yes! Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

How long will my order take?

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • Transit time: 4–6 business days

  • Total delivery time: 5–8 business days from purchase

Orders placed after 10:00 PM (CST) or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Who delivers my order?

We use trusted carriers like DHL and FedEx. All shipments are insured for peace of mind.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

Missing or Damaged Items

What if something’s missing from my order?

Let us know within 7 days of delivery at  info@teescustomize.com, and we’ll make it right — either a replacement or refund.

Received a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us right away! Please include photos or a video of the item so we can sort it out quickly.

We offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee — no hassle. Just make sure your item is:

  • Unused, unwashed, unworn

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

How do I start a return?

  1. Email  info@teescustomize.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll send you a return authorization + prepaid label

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the provided courier location

Is return shipping free?

Yes — even if you changed your mind.

How are refunds processed?

Exchange Policy

Can I exchange an item?

Since all items are made to order, we only allow exchanges for faulty items.

What if the size is wrong?
